Voting Access Survey

CPWD and the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office are looking into accessibility issues at polling places in our state.

Please take some time to respond to following four questions. We do not need your name or contact information but you may include them in additional comments if you wish.

Reponses are required only on for the first two questions. Please respond before July 1, 2007.

 

1. In the 2006 General Election, was your polling site accessible to  you? Yes ; No.

2. In what Colorado county do you live?

3. Where was your polling site or vote center (Precinct number if known)?

4. Many people in Colorado vote by mail, vote early or don’t vote at all. Have you given up on going to a polling site because of accessibility? Yes; No.
