The majority of the frustration of the audience however seemed to be that well after the emergency conditions created by the snowstorms, necessary pedestrian routs and bus stops remained largely inaccessible for people with disabilities. Several people pointed to streets and walkway that remained impassible even up to the time of the town hall meeting.
